Day 1: Welcome to Bangkok – The City of Angels
Sawadee Krub / Ka! Welcome to Bangkok — a city where ancient temples, modern skylines, and vibrant street life exist side by side.
Arrive at your own pace and enjoy free time to explore the city. In the evening (around 18:00), meet your Story Teller and fellow travelers at the hotel for a short briefing, followed by a welcome dinner — the perfect way to break the ice and taste Thailand’s famous flavors.

Day 2: Bangkok → Ayutthaya → Overnight Train to Chiang Mai
Begin the day exploring Bangkok’s cultural layers before heading north to Ayutthaya, Thailand’s former royal capital and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Wander among ancient temples, towering prangs, and quiet ruins that whisper stories of a glorious past. As evening falls, board the classic overnight sleeper train to Chiang Mai — a true Thai travel experience. Fall asleep as the countryside slowly rolls by.

In the afternoon, we leave Bangkok behind and head to Ayutthaya, the former royal capital. Explore some of its most impressive temple ruins, where ancient stupas and towering prangs tell the story of a once glorious kingdom.
As the sun sets, we board the overnight sleeper train to Chiang Mai a classic Thai travel experience. Settle into your berth, relax, and watch the countryside roll by as we journey north.
Day 3: Chiang Mai & Doi Suthep – Northern Thailand’s Spiritual Heart
Arrive in Chiang Mai early morning. Before hotel check-in, head up Suthep Mountain to visit Wat Phra That Doi Suthep, one of Thailand’s most sacred temples, offering panoramic views over the city.
The afternoon is yours — explore Chiang Mai Old Town, local markets, cafés, or simply relax. In the evening, regroup for a briefing with the trekking team to prepare for the mountain adventure ahead.

Day 4: Chiang Mai → Hill Tribe Trekking Begins
After breakfast, travel to Mae Malai Market, the gateway to Northern Thailand’s hill tribe region. From here, begin trekking through forests, valleys, and scenic mountain paths.
Along the way, encounter local hill tribe communities and learn about their unique cultures and traditions. By late afternoon, arrive at your first hill tribe village and settle into simple bamboo or thatch houses. Help prepare dinner with the local team and enjoy a peaceful night in the mountains.

Day 5: Deeper into the Hills & Village Life
Continue trekking for 2–3 hours through untouched nature. Stop for lunch along the trail and enjoy the quiet rhythm of mountain life.
In the afternoon, visit a Karen village, where you may observe traditional weaving techniques passed down through generations. Later, arrive at Pak Khaolam Village, your home for the night. As evening falls, watch the trekking team prepare a bamboo raft for tomorrow’s river journey.

Day 6: Bamboo Rafting & Return to Chiang Mai
After breakfast, begin a peaceful bamboo rafting journey down the river, passing jungle landscapes and remote villages.
By midday, meet your vehicle and return to Chiang Mai. The afternoon is perfect for relaxation — a traditional Thai massage is highly recommended. In the evening, celebrate the journey together with drinks at a local bar.

Day 7: Chiang Mai → Overnight Train to Bangkok
Enjoy a free morning for last-minute shopping, temple visits, or one final bowl of northern Thai Khao Soi.
In the afternoon, board the overnight sleeper train back to Bangkok — time to reflect, rest, and relive the memories of the journey.

Day 8: Arrival in Bangkok – Until Next Adventure
Arrive in Bangkok around 08:00 AM. Say goodbye to your travel family — but not forever. Exchange contacts, share stories, and plan the next adventure.
